1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as it was received.

  • Unused, unworn, and with original packaging (if applicable).

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please reach out to us before sending anything back.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and assist you in resolving it promptly.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Original shipping fees

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to:

  • Return the original item.

  • Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Conditions include:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition with tags.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
    This right overrides the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
